The Stay Market began with a frustration shared by many discerning travellers: too many "luxury" rentals are anything but. We started visiting properties in person, building a list of the ones that actually deliver — and that list became this catalog.

Every residence in our collection passes a 150-point inspection covering architecture, acoustic quality, materials, lighting, kitchen equipment, bedding, and the responsiveness of the local host team.

We work directly with owners. No third-party listings, no opaque fees, no surprises at check-in.
